Thai warship sinks; 75 rescued, dozens still missing

Thai Navy warship HTMS Sukhothai sank amid strong waves and high winds in the Gulf of Thailand. More than 100 sailors drowned in the rough seas as the boat capsized. Authorities said they had rescued 75 crew, but 31 were still missing underwater.
