US Vice President Joe Biden will visit Germany, France and Britain early next month to discuss "a full range of bilateral, regional and global issues", his office said Friday.
Biden will meet German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin and speak at the Munich Security Conference, which he addressed in 2009 at the start of the Obama administration's first term, Xinhua reported.
During his stay in Paris and London, Biden will meet leaders of the two countries and senior government officials.
