HYDERABAD: Subtlety isn’t the strong suit for many BJP politicians and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is popular for that very reason. Addressing an election rally in Telangana, the controversial leader threatened AIMIM president Asaduddin Owaisi saying the latter would “have to leave Hyderabad if BJP comes to power in Telangana.”  “If BJP forms the government in Telangana, Owaisi will have to run away from Hyderabad just like the Nizam did,” Adityanath said. “BJP will give security to all but, will not allow those who spread anarchy...” he said at a rally in Tandur.

The man planning to build the tallest Ram statue in his State claimed his rival parties were “fiddling with Constitution” by announcing welfare programmes for Muslims.

“You are at the mercy of Muslim votebank,” he lashed out at Congress and TRS. “Both parties are afraid of losing out on the Muslim votebank and that is why they are reluctant of celebrating the Hyderabad Liberation Day. You are trying to fiddle with our (Hindus) respect,” Adityanath claimed in Goshamahal, which is represented by BJP motormouth Raja Singh.

On a day when his party president attacked TRS for proposing quota for Muslims, Adityanath alleged that TRS, TDP and Congress were “associating and sympathising” with ISIS, Naxals and other terror groups to “appease Muslim voters.”

Speaking on the Ram Janmabhoomi title dispute, Adityanath lamented that senior Congress leader Kapil Sibal, who was also touring Telangana, was the one who had appeared in the Supreme Court to postpone the case to January 2019.  “The Congress is the major hindrance to the creation of Ram Mandir,” he claimed.

‘Cong, TDP& TRS have turned into pvt limited companies’

Congress, TDP and TRS parties have turned into a ‘private limited company’, said Union Minister for Roads and Transport Nitin Gadkari. He slammed the BJP’s opposition paries for being numb to the aspirations of the people of Telangana. He was speaking at a public meeting in Uppal on Sunday, campaigning for NVSS  Prabhakar. He said that BJP is the only party that is not a family-owned.
