Darshan to play the title role ‘tarak’ in Prakash Jayaram’s next

The actor will be sporting a lean look in his upcoming venture

Prakash Jayaram’s upcoming film with Darshan has been titled Tarak. According to the director, it is the character’s name in the film. “Darshan’s name in the film is Tarak Ram and he plays the title role,” says Prakash.

An official announcement of the title has been made today on the occassion of Darshan’s birthday. The film will go on the floors from the first week of March. “We have withheld the photo shoot, as the actor’s upcoming film Chakravarthy is yet to see its release.

Darshan is currently working out to get a lean body for our film and we want to give him that time. Meanwhile, the last minute preparation is going on before we start rolling with the project,” he says.
Tarak produced by Dushyanth has Arjun Janya’s music and A V Krishnakumar is the cinematographer.
