Team Garuda, with their lead actors Siddharth Mahesh and Aindrita Ray, had been in Goa for the last 10 days where they had witnessed the first monsoon of the coastal state. City Express  caught hold of a few first-look pictures of the actors, shooting on the beaches of Goa, and now they are back in the city after completing their first schedule.

Speaking to CE, Siddharth says that he was elated to start with the fight sequences choreographed by Ravi Verma and to shoot in the rain. “Our shoot started off well, but over the last three days, we saw heavy rains and we were doing our fight sequences. So Ravi Verma decided to set the sequence as it poured. In fact a rain tower was brought in from Bengaluru and was used when the rain receded and the shots have turned out to be excellent,” the actor says.

Rescheduling would have meant inconvenience for various artistes and so the team decided to risk doing the scenes in the rains.  “However, the early monsoons did cut short our schedule by 10 days, and we will shoot the remaining scenes in Goa after we are done with our shoots in Bengaluru and Mysuru,” Siddharth adds.

The actor says that he can’t wait to work with Ravi Verma again. “I was told by many in the  industry circle that Ravi Verma is very strict, but he came across as a sweet and patient person,” he says. “I now want to learn more skills from him.”
