Raj B Shetty to have us in splits again with Gubbi Mele Brahmastra

Raj B Shetty’s debut film Ondu Motteya Kathe is talked about even today, and he continues to amaze us with his acting. While we had reported that Raj is scripting his next project, which is mafia-related, he is also simultaneously taking up some interesting acting assignments.

He has completed shooting for Thurthu Nirgamana and is currently shooting for Maya Bazaar, but it’s his next project that has caught everybody’s attention. The film, titled Gubbi Mele Brahmastra, has the actor associating with newcomer Sujay Shastry. The latter has worked as an associate with filmmaker MG Srinivas, and this is his first independent feature film. With the film’s muhurath today, the makers have released the first look of the actor. In one poster, Raj has an apple on his head and a seen by the side,  while in the other, a bird sits on the actor’s shoulders with two guns pointed at him on either side.

The makers have roped in TV actor Kavitha Gowda as the female lead, who is currently working in Vidya Vinayaka. She made her film debut with Srinivasa Kalyana, and this will be her second outing. Touted to be a complete comedy entertainer, this film has an interesting cast. The film is made under Crystal Park Cinemas, which has produced films such Chamak, Ayogya, John Cena and Birbal. This will be their fifth venture.
