Already on its way to become one of the biggest hits of the year,   Munthirivallikal ... directed by Jibu Jacob, collected over 2.62 crores on  its first day.
Meanwhile, Mohanlal took to Facebook to announce the good news. He posted:  “Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol crossed 50 crores. Thanks to all who made  this happen” (sic).
According to reports, Munthirivallikal Thalirkumbol is continuing its  glorious run overseas as well. It has crossed Rs 1 crore mark at the UK Box Office.
