Soubin Shahir to play the lead in Sudani from Nigeria

The movie has African actor Samuel Abiola Robinson in a significant role

Soubin Shahir, who made his directorial debut in Parava recently, will next be seen playing the lead in Sudani from Nigeria. African actor Samuel Abiola Robinson will also be seen in an important role for the movie, According to director Zackaria, the movie is a family drama, set in the background of football. "November is the season of Sevens football in Malabar areas. Our movie Sudani from Nigeria is set in such a backdrop. Though there is football, this isn't a sports movie, rather a comic family drama," says Zackaria. 

The movie, which has already gone on the floors, gained attention after Samuel Robinson shared a picture with Soubin. Dulquer Salman has also tweeted the first look of the movie, that is produced by cinematographer Shyju Khalid and director Sameer Thahir.
