After the success of Hara Hara Mahadevaki, director Santhosh P Jayakumar and actor Gautham Karthik are once again working together on an adult-horror entertainer, Iruttu Araiyil Murattu Kuthu. The latest is that the heroines of the film have been finalised.

Speaking to CE, Santhosh says, “The female leads will be played by Vaibhavi Shandilya (who’s starring alongside Santhanam in Server Sundaram and Sakka Podu Podu Raja) and Telugu actress Rashmi Gautham.”

The makers, as mentioned earlier, are prepping for a shooting schedule abroad. “The first schedule in Chennai will commence in a week’s time and the next one in Thailand will happen from the first week of November,” the filmmaker adds. The supporting cast includes Mottai Rajendran, Karunakaran, and Ravi Mariya, who were also a part of Hara Hara Mahadevaki. “There will also be a third heroine who’ll play the role of a ghost, but we haven’t finalised anyone yet.”

Bankrolled by Studio Green, Iruttu... will have Balamurali Balu as the composer and a first single is expected to be released by the team soon. Prasanna GK has been roped in as the editor and Tharun Balaji will be handling the cinematography.
