New Delhi, Oct 28 (PTI) Forex and inward solutionsprovider Transcorp International today launched a platinumpre-paid card in association with Yes Bank that can be usedfor transactions in stores and ATMs across the country.
It can also be used by organisations to disburse wagesand salaries to even those employees who do not have a bankaccount, Transcorp said in a statement.
The card is being launched in association with Yes Bank,the country's leading private bank and RUPAY – India’s veryown switch powered by NPCI, it said.
Over the next few months, it said, the company will rollout its own wallet–Transcash.
"The card can be prefunded or money can be loaded in thecard by the employer or by the card holder himself. Themaximum amount that can be loaded is Rs 10,000 in case of nonKYC (Know Your Customer) compliant card and Rs 1,00,000 incase of KYC compliant card," the company said. PTI DP BKSBAL.
