Think Out of Box, Students Told

WARANGAL:  The management students were asked to think out of box to achieve success in their careers besides believing in one self.

Delivering a lecture at the valedictory ceremony of CURA’15 at NITW here on Sunday, motivational speaker M Naseer Khan said that one’s future will be decided on what he does today.

“You have to forget the past since it has nothing to with your future. It is your today that will determine your future,” said Naseer Khan, who is the director of Elevate Global Training Solutions. He also said that applying knowledge is more important than gaining knowledge.

“You should have belief in yourself and that belief gives you power which can even make you climb mountains,” he said and asked the students to think out of the box as it would help produce a number of solutions to a single problem, thereby offering wide flexibility for the decision-maker to take effective decisions.

Naseer, who uses advanced techniques like NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Hypnosis, etc, has engaged the audience with small exercises.

According to senior faculty Francis Sudhakar, the three-day CURA witnessed a series of lectures by eminent  personalities and competitions to management students hailing from different institutes across the country.

Here is the list of various winners in different events.
