VISAKHAPATNAM:The valedictory function of Nipunya, a two-day technical seminar for skill building through hands-on experience was held at Avanthi Institute of Engineering and Technology on Friday. JA Chowdary, IT advisor to government of Andhra Pradesh was the chief guest on the occasion. Addressing the students, he said that with automation and digitisation, there were plenty of jobs, provided students have good digital knowledge.
Prof RV Raja Kumar, IIT Bhubaneswar director, explained to the students about the latest trends in engineering education, employment opportunities and the skills required. College principal C Mohan Rao, JNTU CSE HoD R Rajeswara Rao, vice-chairman of the college M Gyaneswari and others were present.
