BHUBANESWAR: Enterprise System Solutions Pvt. Ltd (ESSPL), a Bhubaneswar-based global technology services provider, has entered into a definitive agreements to acquire ION Information technologies Ltd (ION IT), a UK software services firm.
The acquisition will be done through ESSPL subsidiary UK Enterprise System Solutions Ltd. It will enable EESPL to expand its presence in the UK and Europe.
With a strong track record of delivering technology solutions to its customers, ION IT has long-standing relationships with corporates in the UK.
