

While the state of Punjab subconsciously transports us to the world of Sarson da Saag and makki di roti; West Bengal sets one’s taste buds for the mouth watering dishes of baath and maach. Well, 'Unified Flavours of India' by The Lalit, is all set to give the taste of India in the form of Punjab da Khazaana, Shaahi Mewad (Rajasthan), Bundelkhandi Jugalbandhi (Bundelkhand) and Bengali Bahaar. From the land of Punjab to the land of Ganges (West Bengal), the hotel brings the flavours of India on one platter.
The fest which started on September 21 will go on till October 30, and for this 40-day culinary chefs from The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group’s respective properties are in town to dish out authentic cuisines. Chef K P Singh (Delhi), Subodh Goyal, Executive Chef, Lalit Ashok and Nimish Bhatia, corporate chef, Lalit Ashok have carefully designed the menu for the fest.
The fest will offer desi khana from all over the country under one roof.
Being innovative and delighting our guests with varied aromas have always been the focus on our table, said Amit Samson, GM, The Lalit Ashok. Given the cosmopolitan culture of Bangalore, he further expressed optimism over the success of Unified Flavours of India. The food will be presented in buffet format for lunch and dinner at the 24/7 restaurant.
