Tariff for contract bus announced

Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has announced the tariff for casual contract of buses to commuters for marriages, excursions etc.

The rates per km vary from Rs 2/- to Rs 9/- for different category of buses. The revised rates for Karnataka Sarige, Sarige 12-metre Chasis, Rajahamsa Executive have been reduced by Rs 2. Rajahamsa 12-metre Chassis rates have been reduced from Rs 49 to Rs 45, Volvo Semi Sleeper from Rs 56 to Rs 52, Volvo Mysore city service from `71 to `70, Karnataka Vaibhava from Rs 49 to Rs 45, multi axle semi sleeper from `89 to Rs 80, sleeper non-AC from `56 to `50 and sleeper AC from Rs 78 to Rs 75.
