The Supreme State of Guru Shakti

We have to take ourselves seriously atleast in this lifetime. We have to make an honest attempt to sincerely discuss spiritual truths, assimilate the same and transform ourselves. We just have to say, yes, we will obey the command of our Guru as guruvakya veda vakya - the words of  the  Guru are equivalent to the commands of the Gods and are the Vedas themselves. They are principles or formulae to be used for our own transformation as well as our society’s transformation. When we apply the formulae in our daily life, through our actions we will be inspiring our own family, near and dear ones to transform themselves too. We have to liven up the process of practically following the teachings ourselves rather  than  merely talking about it to others or offering unsolicited advise. Then Guru will take care of the rest.

Once we get a Guru, we should make the right use of this great blessing. We must not remain indifferent towards the principles imparted by the Guru. The attitude of indifference creates a lot of problems for us only. We  get stuck in the ashram and waste our lives for 20 -  30 years, neither experiencing materialistic life nor any evolvement and we also waste our    guru’s time and chaitanya. If we waste this opportunity, we will find even    leading  the worldly life 100 times, 1000 times more difficult. We must not let our destiny decide our destination. We have to activate and make use of our own powers of will, action and comprehension to overcome our enjoying or suffering the fruits of our own karma - destiny. That is why we must make our life a model and allow divinity to work in the form of Guru’s grace. Who gets Guru Shakti or  power of the Guru? Whoever establishes the resolve to attain this supreme state, they attain it. Lord Shiva says “If you have to establish Parabrahman within you then you must do Guru Vandana by bending the head of ego before the guru to blend with his energy. Remove duality through humbleness. If not duality will attack you and you  will again slip into maya. There will  be no admission to the Guru’s kingdom without submission of your duality. You have to blend your mind and soul with the Guru by sheer will, by thinking divine and offering everything to the him. The Guru’s kingdom consists of all forms of Gods dissolved in it. It is the supreme kingdom where the flame of our consciousness shines bright”.
