BENGALURU: How to do it
Step 1
Using scissors fringe the pink quilling strip. Try and cut as fine as possible. While fringing, ensure that the scissor leaves a small and consistent margin.
Step 2
Once you have cut enough strips depending on the width of the flower you want, roll it using a toothpick or a quilling tool. Then glue the base. Roll enough green strips to cover the base of your pink flower.
Step 3
After gluing the end of the green strip gently, push the coil to form a dome shape. Glue the inside of the shape. Let it dry. Then pass the flower wire through the hole of the green dome and bend it a little so that it does not come out. Finally glue the green dome to the base of flower. Once it dries completely, you are done. The flower can be used to decorate a vase.
