LAST month, kids were treated to their favourite Cartoon Network and Ben 10 toys at McDonald’s, with their Happy Meal kits.  The brand eatery featured characters of Numbah, Blossom, Bloo and Courage.  These are generally mix and match toys, where kids can unleash their imagination by changing the appearance of the toys.

For Ben 10 freaks, McDonald’s featured the four favourite aliens, Heat Blast, Four Arms, Diamond Head and Ultra Upgrade.

The McDonald’s Happy Meal, a speciality of the brand, is available in two variants, the Aloo Tikki Happy Meal at Rs 79, and the McChicken Happy Meal at Rs 99.  McDonalds, which try to bring Cartoon Network and Ben 10 toys to kids are a rage even with young adults.    The toys are always from current television cartoon series, and endeavour to give kids a slice of what they see on their television screens.

This offering from McDonald’s came to kids with their Happy Meals at the brand outlets across India.  The Happy Meal is the most sub-brand of McDonald’s in India, and the fast food giant generally has monthly promotions of this kind to attract the young generation. The components of a Happy Meal are one burger (either Aloo Tikki or McChicken) plus one coke, and a toy of that month.  This is the most popular combo pack, and is available throughout the day.  It can be bought by any age group, but is majorly targeted at kids.
