GREEN Park Hotel organised a grand Cake Mixing Ceremony at the convention room Bharani recently.

The unique ceremony was celebrated along with the guests including actress Tamannah, who mixed the dry fruits to be used in the cake by soaking them in liquor, brandy and rum. Mounds of chopped raisins, almonds, pista, walnuts, blackcurrants, dates, cashews, tuti-fruity, cherries were used to mix. This mix will be soaked in the liquor for weeks together before it is transformed into puddings and Christmas cakes. Chef Amsa Raju says that the perfect blend of this soaked mix will enhance the taste of the Christmas cakes and puddings, to usher in the spirit of the festive season. If you’re eager to taste the cake wait till this Christmas.

The ceremony was inaugurated by Krishnakumar Menon, senior General Manager. The guests and invitees dressed up in aprons, chef caps and gloves and it was an unforgettable moment for everyone as they enjoyed mixing the cake. However, the centre of attraction was Tamannah, who enjoyed the whole event and was seen enquiring about the ceremony.
