Param Vir Chakra Naib Subedar Grenadier Yogendar Singh Yadav was recently felicitated with a citation (Billion Salutations) by Citizens of Chennai represented by Sri Ramakrishna Mission Students Home, MAX Academy and Shreyans Foundation.
