Godrej Locking Solutions and Systems (Godrej LOCKSS) launched its first ever mobile experience centre in the city recently to provide a ‘Touch and Feel’ experience of Godrej products to key architects, interior designers and dealers.

The centre was also visited by Sumitra Ravindranath, Director-CRN-Architects.

The experience centre, according to Shyam Motwani, executive vice-president and business head, Godrej, is ‘another step to give customers an enriching experience to witness ‘Innovation on wheels - where technology meets design’ and revolutionise the way the world looks at a locking device.’

Focusing on the safety and security measures, the centre comes as the first of its kind venture undertaken by any hardware company till date, where the client is approached at the doorstep.

The mobile experience centre is said to showcase Godrej LOCKSS’ state-of-the art technology and design led innovation through its products.

With this, the company intends to target its key influencers & B2B/B2C accounts.

The company, which is one of India’s leading player in locking solutions and systems, has plans to take the mobile experience centre to key metros across India to connect with their customers & influencers. The mobile experience centre, which was launched in Kochi sometime ago, will travel to about 12 major cities across the country.

Commenting on the Mobile Experience Centre, Motwani said, “For over 115 years, we have been the nation’s consistent security provider with wide range of products from our stable.

The experience over the years has not just helped us innovate, but anticipate the needs of each generation. We are in a continual state of innovating our products and finding ways to make lives brighter for the end user.”

With an interesting array of products displayed in the Mobile Experience Centre, the company intends to not only showcase its technically advanced locks but also create awareness about safety and security issues.

The underline message though is to ensure that people do not take their locking system lightly.
