Would one believe in the existence of a conscious layer of universe that is surrounded completely by happiness, peace and wealth? Well, one needs to enroll for a Positive Universal Consciousness (PUC) training programme by V Vijay Anand Sriram, to experience it.

Vijay Anand Sriram, JMD of RIPE group, has trained nearly three lakh people and conducted 4,000 programmes on positive universal consciousness through RIPE Academy, which has transformed many individual’s lives.

Sriram officially launched the PUC training programme for corporate houses and colleges at the Conscious Connection Conclave 2013 that was held in Chennai recently. Holding nearly 14 doctorates and with nearly 10 years of extensive research on ancient wisdom and modern management, Sriram brings back the ancient Indian values, principles and knowledge to emphasise on various aspects like management. He says that it could be dealt with in an easy way without aping the West.

“During any management crisis or danger, people immediately look for Western techniques, but the Westerners themselves look up to ancient eastern value systems to solve the problem. In this programme, I have emphasised that it is possible to deal with any situation with our own indigenous values. By studying various texts from Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita and Quran, I have brought back the ancient wisdom to deal with modern management,” said Vijay Anand Sriram.

The training programme was officially launched in the presence of guests like Irai Anbu, noted writer, columnist, educator and motivator; Avvai Natrajan, legendary Tamil scholar; and M B Nirmal, founder and chairman of Exnora International. This unique training programme, which is designed to connect individual consciousness with universal consciousness, is open to any individual, corporate firms and colleges, etc.

Speaking on the occasion, Irai Anbu praised the efforts by the RIPE Academy and the Association of Soft Skill Trainers (ASTRA) and the brain behind the programme, Vijay Anand, for the tremendous effort toward spreading positive vibration and stressed the need to think positively in all situations.

“By and large, every human being is good, we all want to do good things and think good. But it is the circumstances and negative focus that make us drift from natural process. So, it is important to believe in ourselves in every situation, smile at the problem and face it. Programmes like PUC will enable one to instill that thought in the minds,” said Irai Anbu.

On the occasion, RIPE Academy and ASTRA also presented awards to achievers like Rangam Balaji, writer, and artist Y G Mahendran for sustainable contribution to their fields ,besides felicitating 35 institutions in Tamil Nadu which had continuously contributed to the field HRD/HRM by giving soft skill training to employees and college students.
