CHENNAI: T Nagar-based BKR Grand Hotel bagged the Indian Hospitality Award 2014 as the ‘Best vegetarian restaurant of the year 2014’ recently. TS Walia, federation of Hotels & Restaurants Association, presented the award to the chairman D R Balakrishna Raja, vice president Arafath and assistant general manager Anantha Ramakrishnan, of BKR Group of Hotels. Every year, the award is given by Federation of Hotels and Restaurants association of India and South India Hotels & Restaurant Association and Telangana Hotels Association. K Shama Raju, president, South India Hotels & Restaurant Association and MS Nagaraju, managing director, Epicurus Hospitality, were also present.
