Last month, ramjas was making news getting national attention the  after a clash between AISA and ABVP student union over inviting Umar Khalid( JNU student who was sent to jail last year under sedition charge) for a seminar organised by the English department.

The performers staged a protest for about 10 minutes today covering their mouth with black ribbon against the cancellation of the play.

"We had a meeting with the authority and we were asked to stop are play by the college authority.they said the play theme has some intelligence content, now we students even dont have permission to explore our talent"said a student from SGTB Khalsa College's street play society.

" why the college will have any problem with the play. These are false allegation"said the college principal PC Tulsiyan.
