NEW DELHI: In a bid to salvage a possible break up with Kumar Vishwas Aam Aadmi Party’s national convenor Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday appointed him as the in-charge of political affairs of the state of Rajasthan and suspended MLA Amanatullah Khan.

In a joint effort to indicate that all is well in the party and After late night drama and marathon meeting of the Political Affairs Committee (PAC) between Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, Ashutosh, Sanjay Singh and Atishi Marlena.

Vishwas came out saying that the process of dialogue over the reasons for Punjab and Delhi poll losses are being discussed, which is all he wanted.

The poet-politician Vishwas had threatened to quit the party due to the allegations heaped on him by Khan earlier.

“There should not be any confusion within or outside the party that this is a fight of supremacy in the party. Whenever there is a requirement of suggestions and talks we will sit and discuss like this, we needed talks, which is happening. I would like to make it clear that no hurdle will come in the movement that we started "said Vishwas after the meeting.

Sisodia further informed that Kahn for his act has been suspended from the party and that a committee has been setup which will further investigate the matter and take disciplinary action against him if required.

“PAC has taken the decision to suspend Amanatullah Khan and investigate the facts if any about what he said.  Further Vishwas will be Rajasthan's party in-charge as the state goes to polls next year," Sisodia said.

The cracks might be too wide by now to fill up, as both Vishwas and Sisodia disagreed with each other in their statements. While Vishwas retorting to the earlier jab of Sisoida said that “this is not a personal fight” Sisodia said that the “committee will examine if there are any facts in what Khan said” of about Vishwas being a BJP agent and has attempted a coup by hijacking other MLAs of the party.
