HYDERABAD: Former home secretary Ajoyendra Pyal has been appointed as additional director-general of Dr Marri Chenna Reddy Human Resource Development Institute of Andhra Pradesh.
Pyal, who has been waiting for posting since his transfer from the post of the home secretary recently, was appointed to the new post along with five other officials.
Satyanarayana Mohanty, who worked as the additional directorgeneral of Dr MCRHRD Institute of AP, will be the new Officer on Special Duty at the AP Bhavan in New Delhi. Ranga Reddy district joint collector-II Solomon Arokia Raj is transferred and posted as Registrar of Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies.
AP Seeds Development Corporation Vice-Chairman and Managing Director Jyothi Buddha Prakash has been posted as the Administrator, Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS).
Deputy Commissioner of Commercial Taxes Dr Christina Z Chongthu will succeed Jyothi Buddha Prakash as Vice-Chairman & Managing Director, AP Seeds Development Corporation, Hyderabad. KV Ramana who is working as Secretary of AP Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, is transferred and appointed as Director (PA&W), Singareni Collieries Company Limited, Kothagudem in the existing vacancy.
