A yoga adhyayana shibir (yoga certificate course) is being conducted for people between the age of 18 and 50 at the Vivekananda Institute of Human Excellence, Ramakrishna Mutt Road, Lower Tankbund. The course will last for three months and will be conducted every Saturday and Sunday.
The course begins on November 17 and goes on till March 3 next year. Timings for the class will be from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
