Vineet-Bhatia

After mesmerising viewers with chocolate samosa and broccoli khichdi, India’s first food jockey - Vineet Bhatia is back to redefine popular Indian food, as we know it. World famous Darjeeling tea, our very own Paan Banaras wala and the humble Lauki will be transformed into lip smacking scrumptious dishes like Tea Roast Chicken Dum Bharwa Lauki and a tempting dessert Kaddu Kheer Paan Malai by Chef Vineet Bhatia, the multi-award winning chef and owner of the Michelin starred Rasoi inUK.

In the second season of Twist of Taste, travel with Vineet as he traverses the length and breadth of the county once again, in search of interesting local recipes, authentic flavours and some country style cooking. He will travel even deeper into the country to cities like Varanasi, Calicut, Madurai, Srinagar, Bangalore, Darjeeling, Bhopal, Bikaner, Coorg, Indore, Ahmadabad, Puducherry and Pune.

Talking about the second innings, Vineet says, “I’m glad to be back. This show brings together two of my greatest passions - travelling and experimenting with food. This season, I have had the chance to travel into the interiors of our beautiful country and experimented with traditional Indian recipes. The people have been warm in welcoming me into their kitchens and I feel enriched with newer experiences!”

Watch the food alchemist on Twist of Taste II, starting October 28, airing every Saturday and Sunday at 9 pm on FOX Traveller.
