NEON Tipped

HYDERABAD: Neon is pretty popular right now what with clothes, bags, accessories and even shoes flooding the markets in these eye popping shades. So why not revamp plain old shoes and give them a little boost with some spray paint.

What you need:

l Nude Patent Pumps

l Pink Fluorescent Neon

Spray Paint

l Packing Tape

l Sealer

l Old Towels (to protect your shoes when you spray)

What to do:

n Tape the shoes first with the packing tape. The area which is not covered by the tape is where you will spraying the paint.

n Since the spray paint is bound to bleed a little, it’s better if you cover the soles as well.

n Cover the shoes with towels to prevent the paint going inside the shoes.

n Once you have covered the shoes, take them outside and spray two-three  coats of the paint and not more to avoid chipping.

n Spray the area with a sealer so that the paint doesn’t chip.

n Wait for the paint to dry and then slowly remove the tape and viola you have neon tipped shoes.

n Wear them with casual outfits or formal events.
