What you need?

•  Newspapers
•  Glue
•  Bobby pins
•  Scissors

What to do? For the flower

•  Cut newspapers into thin strips. Then fold each strip.
•  Once you have folded them start rolling and twisting each strip. Glue Apply while rolling.
•  Repeat till you newspaper flower is of desired size.

•  Take a small piece of paper and insert inside the bobby pin.
•  Put some glue on it and place the newspaper flower on it.
•  Once dry your newspaper flower clip is ready for use.
