Most of us when young flaunt pot bellies and flabby hips. Thanks to the interesting games on internet and our favourite cartoon series that keep us glued to the seat. If this is accompanied by a chips packet or yummy stuff made by mom, no one can not stop themselves from putting on weight which you will be ashamed of after you grow up. So stop playing that game online and set out to play with your friends. This will also help you loose oodles of weight.
Learning a foreign language:
Most of the schools give us an opportunity to learn a new language. But, many of us either don’t opt for it or learn just to pass the exam. This academic year, make sure you take it seriously and flaunt your vocabulary in front of your friends. If foreign languages don’t interest you, try learning a new English word everyday. All this may also help you grab a job opportunity at your dream company.
Take care of your health
Health is something that we overlook most of the times. It is advisable to eat right food, go for regular check-ups and vaccinations. Don’t hesitate to approach your parents if you find something wrong with your body. It is good than regretting later.
Take risks
It is better to learn the hard things when you are young than growing old dumb. Don’t hesitate to try out new things that look tough. If it is something that may injure you, do it under your parents’ guidance
Follow your hobby
Childhood is the only phase of our life where we get to follow our hobby. Once we step out of school, we have nothing else but studies and competitive exams to prepare for. Use the time to play your favourite a music instrument or hone certain skills – art or craft. This will also help you relax when you are stressed and help you get back to your cheerful self.
