HYDERABAD: In a shocking incident, father of a minor boy in Hyderabad's old city has approached police stating that his son was tortured and forced into having 'unnatural intercourse' by a local vagabond.
This is the second similar incident involving minors reported from city in the last three days. Earlier, a 12-year-old boy who left for Madrasa from his residence in Khader Bagh in Mehdipatnam was found murdered in a secluded area nearby and was found half-naked.
Four persons including minors are being questioned in the case. It is suspected that the boy was sodomised and then brutally murdered fearing backlash from his family and community.
On Thursday's complaint, police said the 16-year-old boy from Barkhas was allegedly forced into unnatural sexual intercourse by an older man from the locality.
According to the police, the incident came to light on Wednesday when the victim's father complained to the police that his son has been tortured and forced to have unnatural intercourse in a secluded area of Barkhas.
The Chandrayangutta police registerd a case against one Sayeed Bawazeer of Chandrayangutta on Wednesday based on the complaint from victim's father.
"The victim, an intermediate student, stays in the same locality as the accused. He forcibly took him to a secluded room and forced himself to have unnatural sex by showing pornographic videos," said Y Prakash Reddy, Inspector. "The accused in this case is a history sheeter and there are four cases against him in similar offences. The charges include rape, attempt to murder, and criminal intmidation. He is addicted to such kind of activities and ha become habituated," Reddy added.
The investigation is underway and the accused is yet to be nabbed.
