KOCHI: Revenue Minister K P Rajendran will lay the foundation stone for Cheriyanadu grama panchayat auditorium at Padanilam Maidanam at 4 p.m. on Friday. Later, he will lay the foundation stone for a park at Kollakkadavu.

In yet another function, he will hand over the keys of the EMS Housing Scheme at Padanilam Maidanam. P C Vishnunath MLA will preside over the function.
