KOCHI: Smrithi, the old students’ association of Cochin Refineries School, Ambalamugal, Kochi, is organising an alumni meet, ‘Smrithi Mega Reunion 2011,’ at the CRS School auditorium, Ambalamugal, at 9 am on Monday.

The meet, a walk down memory lane to savour the unalloyed joys of childhood, is tipped to be a wonderful homecoming of ex-students (from the first batch till the batch of 2011) and members of the staff.  The programme will be inaugurated by a senior teacher at 11 am. Smrithi vice-president Rosemary Jose will welcome the gathering.

E Nandakumar, executive director, BPCL Kochi Refineries, Ambalamugal, will release the Smrithi logo. Smrithi president Vinod P will give the presidential address.

While Smrithi secretary and event convenor Philip Jackson Biveira will deliver the keynote address, Cochin Refineries School Board chairman M P Govindarajan, school principal Mala B Menon, former principal Janette Lobo, senior ex-student Mohanlal Menon will offer felicitations. Event joint convenor Thara Sreekumar will propose the vote of thanks.
