KOCHI: Idea Cellular inaugurated a new customer service centre in Padamugal, in Kochi.
This is the second state-of-the-art, company owned service centre that has been opened in the city, after the successful launch of its first only-women operated store in Vyttila.
The centre is being launched in Padamugal, which is the prime IT zone in the city, and therefore is aimed at becoming the one-stop shop for all mobile service-related requirements for professionals employed in the IT companies in the close vicinity.
The new service centre will feature various customer friendly attributes such as a Fixed Service Terminal enabling 24x7 bill payments and recharges, Queue Management Systems, Express Service Desks, Idea 3G Smartphone Experience Zones, 3G Experience Zones and many more improved services.
