KOCHI: Idea Cellular has launched its Women-operated Customer Service Centre at V J Tower, Vyttila.
The first of its kind service centre will be operated solely by women employees. The women-operated customer service centre will showcase various customer-friendly features such as a Fixed Service Terminal enabling 24x7 bill payments and recharges, Queue Management Systems, Express Service Desks, Idea 3G Smartphone Experience Zones and 3G Experience Zones.
The centre will also offer a few special services for women customers such as parking slots, green channels and tariff packs.
Vinu Verghese, chief operating officer, Kerala, Idea Cellular, said the new service centre is designed to act as a one-stop customer experience outlet which showcases the entire range of Idea Cellular services and products.
