The Chithrakalamandalam Veluthampi Dalava Smaraka Kendram will observe the 201st anniversary of the Kundara Proclamation, by Veluthampi Dalawa, on January 11.
Secretary of Chithrakalamandalam said in a release that Veluthampi’s statue in front of the secretariat would be garlanded at 9.30 a.m. on Monday.
