THIRUVANATHAPURAM: All-India Latin Catholic Federation has protested against the non-inclusion of Latin Catholics in the new UDF Ministry.
In a press release issued here on Monday, the federation said that the Latin Catholic community had always stood behind the Congress party and had been a major vote bank of the party. The community had played a major role in the victory of Congress candidates in Ernakulam district.
Despite this, the non-inclusion of Latin Catholic members in the ministry is highly objectionable, the release said.
