Kerala Government Nurses Association and Government Student Nurses Association will observe Sunday as service day in the memory of the two Malayali nurses who lost their lives in a fire mishap in a hospital in Kolkata in December 9 last year.
At a function to be held at the Government Nursing School Auditorium in the morning, family relief fund of a nursing student, Anuraj, who died while attending a conference of KGSNA will be handed over to his family. The function will be inaugurated by Opposition Leader V S Achuthanandan.
