THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Information technology solutions and services company UST Global has announced its acquisition of Xpanxion, a global software services company. UST Global has acquired Xpanxion’s professional services organisations in Atlanta and Pune as well as its rural technology centres in Kearney, Loup City, Ames, and Manhattan.
Xpanxion will maintain its name and will continue to operate as a UST Global subsidiary.
The acquisition brings UST Global more than 50 new clients and 500 employees across six global locations.
“By acquiring Xpanxion’s cross-sourcing model that leverages talents from across the globe with US-based rural hubs, we aim to provide customers cost-effective, secure, and collaborative solutions,” said Saurabh Ranjan, UST’s Managing Director, Global Operations.
