CHENNAI: We think that it’s difficult to complete a few things sometimes. This mindset can be modified by having a steady approach, which will give us confidence to proceed further.

When difficulties erupt in our lives, do not let them defeat you. Face them with dauntless courage and your will should be converted into deeds.

Threat can be converted into opportunities with strong will. In a business, for instance, customer satisfaction is the prime goal. With quality and service, we can reach this with perfection. We must stick to our values and it is important that self interest is replaced by our nation’s interest.

Learning is the sure key for improvement. The hardest of riddles can be solved with knowledge. It is natural to learn from the mistakes but try not to repeat them. It is best to be in the company of great people from whom you can learn a lot. If you’re in such a group, you’ll also be inspired to give your best.

We should learn to accept situations and also see the reality behind it. This will help in finding optimal solutions to the problems. It also helps to see the positive side of everything in our lives. In the end, we will never fall or fail to reap the results.

We should always be on the track to search for people who are ready to teach us. In other words, we must always strive to reach for the source of knowledge.

If we want to inspire others, we must always take responsibility for our actions. We should learn to accept people as they are. We should realise, enhance our strengths and avoid our weaknesses and overcome the same.

We should relate to everyone on a personal basis. Treat each one with individual attention. With positive personal equations, we can win hearts. In a group, this gives you enormous strength to perform well. Individuals should be encouraged to excel and aim for higher targets.
