For Bips, Bangalore brings back many memories but the 'Raaz' stunner really enjoys the city food. She begins, “My first boyfriend, Dino Morea was from Bangalore. I used to spend a lot of time with him and his family here. I have always felt that Bangalore has good set of models. I don’t know whether it is because of their upbringing but they do behave very well."

Having being chosen as the brand ambassador for Celebrity Cricket League, she says that she was always into sports. “I am the sporty kind of girl. I watch all types of sports including football, cricket, motor sports, bike races and more. I tell my parents that by mistake I became an actor; I should have been an athlete or a sports person. Today I envy their lifestyle. I see so much of dedication in them. I wish my parents had pushed me into some extracurricular activities when I was a child.

I personally feel that children today should be active and not be in glued to computer,” said glam girl of 'Race'.

As for her recent projects, she is part of Aatma, belonging to the horror genre. Bipasha says, “I don’t pick up subjects on the basis of the genre. I pick up films because of the story and my role.

Aatma gave me space to perform. In India we don’t have great writers who give good stories for women. We are mostly reduced to being just by the hero. I believe in moving forward rather than going backward. A film like Aatma is giving an opportunity to play a strong role for me," she said.

Bipasha as Maya in Aatma will be playing a mother. This also became more special for her because the child in the film brought out the motherhood feeling in her, she said. "I spend a maximum of two hours with my niece and nephew. Here I had to spend 10 long hours everyday with this child. The journey brought in me lot of patience. I saw so many emotions in the child all in one day. I feel I got a little taste of motherhood. As time passed, we got so attached and now I think I can be a good mother," she says.

Up next for Bipasha is a film titled Creature for which she is currently doing  a lot of prep work. "It is a comic animation flick on the lines of Jurassic Park and Anaconda. It is exciting to be working with technical expertise. It is a physically demanding film, which will be one-of-its-kind," she revealed.

Bipasha who was earlier apprehensive to take up south Indian films because of the language, is now ready to give it a try. "When I started acting, I was totally clueless about the art.

I got into movies because I was bored of modelling. Now I am an actor. During my initial days, I did a Telugu film and it was kind of scary, not knowing the language. But over the years, I learnt the business. I would love to do south Indian films now and being a Bengali, I can look like a south Indian too," she said.
