MUMBAI: At 63, veteran actress Hema Malini looks as young as ever. She eats healthy, keeps herself fit with regular dancing, but also says there's no harm in using anti-ageing techniques.
"Anti-ageing is for all of us and with these newer techniques we can look all good, feel better and become healthier," said Hema.

"I drink a lot of water to keep my skin glowing and also to keep myself away from dehydration," she said.
