LOS ANGELES: Conrad Murray, who was convicted in 2011 for involuntary manslaughter in King of Pop Michael Jackson's death in 2009, says the singer's daughter Paris Jackson was brainwashed.

Murray is convinced that the star's daughter, Paris (18), was trained to hate Jackson, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

Murray penned a book called 'This Is It! The Secret lives of Dr. Conrad Murray and Michael Jackson' and it was slammed by Paris in Twitter when it was released.

"The fact that people are actually listening to and believing a cold-blooded murderer is honestly beyond me," Paris had posted on her micro-blogging website account.

Talking about it, Murray told Page Six magazine: "Paris is a child. She's a young adult. She's been tainted. They've trained her to be dishonest. I'm not responsible for that."

"You can be 18, but if you're tainted with the wrong thoughts, sometimes it depends on how strong one's mind is. She may be a different person when she passes 25 and she really is mature and her frontal lobes and faculties are truly developed with her own judgment, and she clearly may have a different impression," Dr. Murray added.

Jackson is survived by Paris, Prince Michael (19), and Blanket (14).
