LOS ANGELES: "Queer Eye" stars William Mahnken and Shannan Eller are officially married.

Mahnken took to Instagram to reveal that the couple exchanged vows last month in a small, private ceremony on Amelia Island in Florida.

"On June 16, I got married to my best friend, Shannan (@treeandshield). It was a small, private ceremony on the beaches of Amelia Island at sunrise. Our friend, Deborah Ramey (@sh3angl) officiated. @queereye @antoni @tanfrance @karamobrown @bobbyberk @jvn," the actor wrote.

He also shared a picture from the sunrise wedding in which one can see both the bride and the groom dressed in blue beachwear standing hand-in-hand.

The couple had got engaged on a season two episode of the Netflix show.

The official Instagram handle of the show also congratulated the newly married couple.

"Congratulations William and Shannan! Thank you for letting us be a part of your love story and we hope that the next phase of your life is filled with love, movies, and a lot of avocado goddess! We Shannan you both," the post read, a hat tip to Mahnken using his wife's first name as a stronger synonym for the word "love".

Mahnken and Eller are not the first ones from "Queer Eye" to take the marital plunge while on the show.

Tom Jackson and his former wife Abby Parr married each other again in a private ceremony in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, in March after rekindling their love on the show.

AJ Brown, who came out to his stepmother during season one, also recently exchanged vows with his longtime beau Andrey.

Bobby Berk officiated three weddings last month on a Pride parade float in New York City.

The premise of the show relies on the stereotype of gay (queer) men as experts in matters of fashion, style, personal grooming, interior design, and culture. Each episode features a team collectively known as the "Fab Five" performing a makeover (in the parlance of the show, a "make-better"), usually for a heterosexual (straight) man: revamping wardrobe, redecorating, and offering advice on grooming, lifestyle, and food.
