Shaam has joined hands with one of the most successful directors in the Telugu film industry, Surendar Reddy, for the third time. After Kick 1 and Oseravalli, he will start working on a film titled Racegurram, the shooting of which will go on floors soon. Speaking about Shaam, director Surendar Reddy said, “Shaam is a lucky charm to me. When Shaam and I work together, that movie will surely become a hit. I am always looking forward to work with him.”
Their first movie Kick 1 was a mega hit movie in the Telugu film industry after a long time. Ravi Teja also tasted such a huge victory after a break. Later, Kick 1 was remade in Tamil as Thillalangadi with Jayam Ravi in the lead.
Meanwhile, VZ Durai’s directorial, 6, with Shaam and Poonam Kaur in the lead, is expected to hit the screens soon. Theatrical rights of 6 have been purchased by Studio 9 and Abi & Abi and V house productions. Songs of the film in Srikanth Deva’s music have already been received well. Shaam will appear in six different looks in 6.
