MUMBAI: Freida Pinto is already in the news for her first sex scene in the film ‘Immortal’ and now the pretty lass and her boyfriend of two years are planning to tie the knot.
Freida, who was a small time model before ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ , and Dev Patel , who shot to fame with the British drama ‘Skins’ in which he played the character of a Pakistani boy, met on the sets of ‘Slumdog Millionaire’, where their love story began. The 25-year-old actress and the 20-year-old actor are so in awe of each other that they are planning to tie the knot this summer in India.
This couple has been maintaining a low profile and has not been seen in public too much lately.
Sources say that the couple had recently visited Sweet Lady Jane bakery in Los Angeles to book their wedding cake.
This place, it seems is special to the couple as they had their initial dates at this bakery, so they want to cherish those sweet memories through the cake and it will be flown from the US to India for the ceremony. Freida has been engaged to her former publicist boyfriend, Rohan Antao , but called it off in early 2009 as she wanted to focus on her career.
