NEW DELHI: Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan received his first ever national award for Paa , his debut production, here Friday evening.
Sporting a black suit, Abhishek, 34, received the award from President Pratibha Patil.
Made at a budget of Rs.15 crore, the critically acclaimed Paa was produced by AB Corp and distributed by Reliance Big Pictures.
It starred his father Amitabh Bachchan in the lead playing a 13-year-old progeria patient.
