Jacqueline, sushant to team up for drive

Jacqueline and Sushant will be working under Karan Johar’s banner for their upcoming film

There have been a lot of speculations about Jacqueline Fernandez and Sushant Singh Rajput coming together for a film. Finally Karan Johar has managed to cast them together in his next film Drive, which is being directed by Tarun Mansukhani.

Karan announced his film on Twitter and wrote, “The FRANCHISE FUN begins....DRIVE directed by @Tarunmansukhani starring @itsSSR and @Asli_Jacqueline starts today!!The first of the series!” (sic)  Tarun too posted a picture of the two actors and wrote, “7 years 345 days later... am back on set!!!!” (sic)  Karan responded to it posting, “It’s cool Tarun!! Fast cars will more than make up for it!”(sic)

Tarun had made his directorial debut with Karan in Dostana ,which featured Priyanka Chopra, Abhishek Bachchan and John Abraham; the film did well at box office.

Post that there were many speculations about the sequel of Dostana but looks like the director has decided to helm a new film instead of waiting for the sequel to start.

Earlier reports suggested that Jacqueline and Sushant will be doing a film under Salman Khan’s banner, but Salman had denied the rumours.
