BANGALORE: Jambada Hudugi Priya Hassan is brimming with confidence about the success of her forthcoming film Bindaas Hudugi, after the Regional Censor Board provided it a 'U' certificate last week.

If everything goes according to the plan, Priya is all set with her second film, which is to be released within a couple of weeks. The specialty of this film is that Priya has not only played the lead role but has also handled the megaphone. ''I am very happy with my film receiving a 'U' certificate from the Regional Censor Board. My joy knew no bounds, when the committee members, who watched the movie appreciate me,'' says Priya.

Talkie portion of the film was shot in Bangalore and its surrounding places and three songs were picturised in Bangkok. ''Songs have come out well. These songs were picturised at beautiful locations in and around Bangkok and Pattaya,'' Priya said. The actress, who is contemplating to plan her third film Hubballi Hudugi shortly, believes that audience would accept this film. ''It has everything - action, glamour and sentiment - to keep the audience happy. I have no doubt about the audience coming out of cinema theatres with satisfaction after watching it. It caters to the needs of class as well as mass audience,'' says the actress.

Ravi Shankar, Ninasam Aswath, Baby Anusha, Jayanthi, Girija Lokesh, Suresh Mangaluru, Ganesh Rao, Mohan Juneja, Sharan, Shankar Ashwath, Kamala, Mitra and Ramamurthy are the star cast. ''Sharan has done a neat job in this film. His comedy will keep the audience glued to their seats,'' the actress said.

Priya's mother Gowramma and brother Mohan Gowda are the producers, while Balakrishna, Ravikumar and Deviprasad Shetty worked as stunt masters. R Giri worked behind the camera. Yerra Ramesh from Andhra Pradesh is the music director.
